Run-of-mine · snow-white vein quartz
Nihara Quartz controls production at three quarries in the Telangana region and procures high-quality quartz from associated mines in Gudur and other regions of Andhra Pradesh — backed by processing in the Kishangarh cluster and trading desks across three jurisdictions. Consistency and quality are the key for us: one accountable counterparty from bench to bill of lading.
We control production at three quartz quarries in the Telangana region — 10,000 MT combined monthly capacity — with face-level grade control and bench-wise hand sorting before anything enters the ROM stream.
Ceramic-lined crushing, screening, high-pressure washing and rare-earth magnetic separation — producing sized lumps, grits and chips to contract PSD with iron pick-up controlled at every transfer point.
Beyond own production, we source and trade audited third-party lots and run structured toll-processing programmes with qualified partners in China and Turkey — desks in Hyderabad, Istanbul and Xiamen.
Every commitment above is written into how we operate, not just how we market: assay-verified lots, the double-test protocol before loading, and multi-source capacity that keeps programmes on schedule. Send your specification and judge us shipment by shipment.

Quartz is crystalline silica — SiO₂ — the oxide of silicon, an element that never occurs free in nature yet whose compounds make up roughly 28 percent of the Earth's crust. Silica appears as quartz in crystalline form; as chalcedony, agate, flint and jasper in cryptocrystalline forms; and as opal when hydrous. Among rock-forming minerals, only feldspar is more abundant.
What makes quartz industrially irreplaceable is the combination of properties in one cheap, common mineral: hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, specific gravity around 2.65, vitreous lustre, no cleavage, high chemical and heat resistance, and — in pure, untwinned crystals — piezoelectricity, the property that put quartz in every watch and radio of the twentieth century.
Quartz occurs in nearly all acid igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks, but industrial-grade material concentrates in two settings: hydrothermal veins — fissures in igneous bodies filled with exceptionally pure silica — and the consolidated secondary forms, quartzite and sandstone. Vein quartz associated with pegmatites is the premium category: it is where rock crystal and the highest-purity milky and glassy material are found.
Our deposits are exactly this type — pegmatite-associated vein quartz in the Peninsular Gneissic Complex of South India, among the oldest and cleanest silica veins on Earth, with assays in our best zones reaching 99.84% SiO₂.
India's quartz production concentrates overwhelmingly in the southern states — Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu together account for the majority of national output. This is no accident: the Peninsular craton's ancient geology hosts the vein systems that matter. Our three controlled quarries sit in the Telangana heart of this belt, supplemented by procurement from associated mines in Gudur and other Andhra Pradesh regions.
The first industry to consume silica at scale was glass — a craft already established four millennia ago, long before iron was smelted. The name "quartz" itself entered science in 1530 through Georgius Agricola, the German scholar-mineralogist, from the German "Quarz". Five centuries later, the same mineral feeds the newest industries on Earth: every silicon chip, every solar cell and every fibre-optic strand begins as quartz.

Development plans built on exploration assays and bench-level data analysis — we mine where the chemistry says to, not where the excavator happens to be.
Water, dust and land-use metrics tracked at each site, with phased reclamation planned into every mining programme from day one.
You buy from the party that controls the bench, the crusher and the container — no traders in the middle marking up material they've never seen.
Mining leases, transit permits, export registrations and per-lot certificates maintained for buyer due diligence at any time.
Visit the mines: for programme-scale buyers we arrange site visits with two weeks' notice — including bench sampling under your supervision.
ARRANGE A SITE VISITFrom mine gate to discharge port under one accountable party — customs, stuffing supervision, VGM reconciliation, documentation and the double-test protocol that clears every container for loading.
We manage the full chain — mine-gate transport, customs, stuffing supervision, VGM reconciliation and documentation — so chemistry on the certificate matches chemistry at discharge.
Krishnapatnam and Chennai for southern deposits; Mundra for Rajasthan-processed fractions.
